Over my life's journey in the church, and our 18+ years of ministry at churches of all sizes, I've found that these struggles seem like the norm in the ministry world. And the statistics of pastors leaving ministry show the heavy impact this has on them.

The Vine is a safe, life-giving coaching, mentorship, and discipleship community created for pastor's wives and women in ministry to connect deeply with one another, grow emotionally, spiritually, physically and relationally, to build the resiliency needed to thrive in the unique challenges of ministry life.

Ministry Gals small groups
One week each month we will meet in small groups for deep discussion to connect, build meaningful relationships, and grow spiritually!
Monthly Teaching
We'll have new personal growth teaching one week each month during our weekly calls. These teachings will be housed inside The Vine's portal along with our growing list of modules that you'll have access to for the life of your membership.
Bi-Weekly Coaching
2 weeks each month will consist of group coaching. There is so much power to hearing that others have similar struggles, and learn right alongside them during group coaching.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching is an amazing opportunity to focus on personal growth with a life coach within a collective setting, where participants benefit from shared experiences and mutual support with others who get ministry life.
Most students find it powerful to learn that others have similar struggles to their own, while also hearing the creative ways others are learning to show up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives.
Group coaching sessions also offer an opportunity to put the techniques you are learning into practice with built in accountability. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own journey towards living The Good Ministry Life and we can learn so much from one another!

Our life-giving coaching community offers a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, and known while growing into the greatness God created you for! I don't believe God's design for ministry life was to live in a chronic state of overwhelm and struggling to survive. It's to live The Good Ministry Life full of joy, peace, and living abundance!
